Golf Hitting Mats
I’ve spoken with a number of golf professionals that tell me practiceing on a bad golf driving range mat can hurt your game if not your hands, wrists, and elbows. When you’re practicing on one of those poor hard range mats you can actually develope a “mat flinch” just at impact.
The “mat flinch” is a tensing of the muscles as the club approaches impact - in this case with the golf mat. If you know anything about the golf swing you know that tension is B-A-D.
Country Club Elite Golf Mats have solved this problem with it’s long ense fiber sytem.
